Our premium 9-colour DTF printing offers flexible ordering options for custom transfer production.

• Fixed Width: 60cm

• Maximum Length: 1000cm (10 metres)

• Standard Price: £11.50 per metre

• Pricing Rate: £0.115 per centimetre of sheet length

Customers can upload, resize, and arrange multiple designs using our online gang sheet builder.

Upload Your DTF Gang Sheet

Customers can upload completed, print-ready gang sheets in selected sizes ranging from 60 × 100cm (1 metre) to 60 × 1000cm (10 metres).

Custom DTF Transfers By Size

Individual custom DTF transfers are priced according to their selected width and height.

• Maximum Width: 60cm

• Maximum Height: 1000cm

• Standard Area Rate: Approximately £0.0019166667 per cm²

The price displayed at checkout will reflect the applicable product configuration and any qualifying offers.

7. Bulk Discounts & Promotional Offers

Our standard DTF gang sheet offers include:

• 2 metres or more: Free postage on qualifying orders.

• 5 metres or more: 10% discount.

• 10 metres: 15% discount.

Discounts do not stack unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Some products may already display discounted prices.

Discount eligibility is determined by the applicable product pricing rules and order configuration.

Promotional offers may be subject to additional conditions communicated at the time of purchase.

We may change or withdraw future promotions, but this will not retrospectively alter discounts already agreed as part of an accepted order.

8. Artwork & File Submission Requirements

Customers are responsible for providing artwork suitable for their selected printing or embroidery service.

For DTF printing, we recommend:

• High-resolution artwork, preferably 300 DPI at final print size.

• PNG files with transparent backgrounds where appropriate.

• Correct artwork dimensions.

• Accurate spelling and design details.

• Clean edges and suitable image quality.

• Appropriate spacing between designs on gang sheets.

Customers must review their artwork before submitting an order.

Low-resolution images, incorrect dimensions, unwanted backgrounds, or artwork errors may affect finished results.

We are not automatically responsible for errors accurately reproduced from customer-supplied artwork, provided that we have fulfilled our contractual obligations with reasonable care and skill.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights where goods or services are faulty or do not conform to the contract.

9. Artwork Ownership & Intellectual Property

By uploading artwork, logos, illustrations, photographs, or other design files, you confirm that you own the relevant rights or have the necessary authorisation to reproduce them.

You must not submit:

• Copyright-protected designs without appropriate permission.

• Trademarks or logos used without authorisation.

• Unlawful or infringing artwork.

• Content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

You retain ownership of your original artwork.

By submitting artwork for an order, you grant us a limited licence to use, reproduce, process, and modify the file as reasonably necessary to produce and fulfil your order.

We will not use customer-supplied artwork for unrelated promotional purposes without appropriate permission or another lawful basis.

We may decline to reproduce designs where there are reasonable grounds to believe they infringe third-party rights or applicable laws.

10. Custom Embroidery & Personalised Clothing Orders

Our custom embroidery and clothing printing services are produced according to agreed customer requirements.

Customers should confirm:

• Design or logo details.

• Garment type.

• Garment sizes and quantities.

• Embroidery or print placement.

• Artwork dimensions.

• Preferred colours.

• Any agreed personalisation details.

Embroidery designs may require digitising or technical adjustments before production.

We will discuss material changes to agreed specifications before proceeding.

Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible for genuinely personalised products, subject to applicable consumer rights.

11. Order Placement & Acceptance

After completing checkout, you should receive an order acknowledgement through the contact details provided.

An automated acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order request. It does not necessarily mean that an order has been accepted for production.

An order becomes accepted when we expressly confirm acceptance or begin fulfilling it.

We may contact you if additional information is required, including artwork clarification, design adjustments, or product availability.

If we cannot fulfil an order, we will notify you and arrange any refund legally due for payments received.

12. Production Times

Production times vary depending on:

Any estimated production or dispatch timeframe will be communicated through the relevant product information, checkout process, or direct customer correspondence.

13. Shipping & Delivery

If a parcel is delayed, lost, or damaged during delivery, please contact us.

For consumer purchases, the risk of loss or damage generally remains with us until the goods come into the physical possession of the customer or a person identified by them, except where the customer independently arranges a carrier in circumstances covered by law.

Unless a different timeframe has been agreed, goods must generally be delivered within 30 days after the contract is made.

Many of our products are made according to customer specifications or personalised with individual artwork.

Under applicable UK consumer regulations, genuinely made-to-specification or clearly personalised goods are generally exempt from the standard 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right.

However, this exemption does not remove your statutory rights if goods are faulty, damaged, not as described, or otherwise fail to meet legal requirements.

Eligible non-personalised goods purchased online generally remain subject to statutory cancellation rights.

16. DTF Heat Press Application & Aftercare

DTF transfers must be applied using suitable equipment and the correct application instructions.

Results may depend on:

• Heat press temperature.

• Garment fabric.

• Equipment calibration.

• Washing and aftercare.

Customers should follow the instructions supplied with their transfers and check garment suitability before application.

We recommend testing unfamiliar fabrics and equipment before applying transfers to larger quantities of clothing.

We are not responsible for damage caused solely by improper application or misuse where the supplied goods and instructions comply with the contract.

However, this does not affect statutory rights relating to defective transfers or inadequate instructions.

17. Customer-Supplied Garments

Customers wishing to supply their own garments for printing or embroidery must contact us before making arrangements.

We may need to assess whether the garments are suitable for the requested production process.

Some fabrics, coatings, seams, or garment constructions may be unsuitable for particular printing or embroidery applications.

Any terms regarding customer-supplied garments will be discussed before accepting the work.

We will exercise reasonable care and skill when providing our services.
