Contact Our TeamWhat size are your DTF gang sheets?
Our DTF gang sheets are 60cm wide. You can arrange multiple designs on one sheet and select the available length that suits your order. The printable area and size limits are shown when ordering.
Can I upload my own DTF gang sheet?
Yes! You can upload your own premade DTF gang sheet directly through our website. Make sure your artwork is correctly sized, high-resolution and prepared according to our artwork guidelines.
What artwork files do you accept?
High-resolution PNG files with transparent backgrounds are recommended. Other supported file formats may include PDF, AI and PSD, depending on the upload option. For best results, prepare raster artwork at 300 DPI at the final printing dimensions.
Do you offer free UK postage?
Yes. We offer free UK postage on qualifying DTF gang sheet orders of 2 metres or more. Other products or orders may have different shipping charges, which are confirmed at checkout.
How do I apply DTF transfers to clothing?
Position your transfer on a suitable garment and apply it using a heat press. Follow the temperature, pressure, pressing time and peeling instructions supplied for your specific transfers. A short finishing press may also be recommended.
Do you provide custom embroidery services?
Yes! We offer custom embroidery for business logos, branded workwear, polo shirts, hoodies, caps and other suitable garments. Contact us with your design, garment requirements and quantity to request a quotation.
How long does production and delivery take?
Production time depends on your order size, artwork readiness and the products selected. Custom embroidery and clothing orders may require additional preparation. Contact us before ordering if you have a specific delivery deadline.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us at kerry@tcs-eco.co.uk with your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where possible. We'll review your order and arrange an appropriate resolution in accordance with your consumer rights.
