Our online DTF Gang Sheet Builder allows you to create a custom layout without needing professional design software.

How it works:

  2. Choose your preferred gang sheet length.

  3. Upload your artwork or multiple designs.

  4. Resize, arrange, and position your designs.

  5. Preview your completed gang sheet.

  6. Add your sheet to the basket and complete checkout.

Gang Sheet Specifications:

  • Fixed width: 60cm

  • Maximum length: 1000cm (10 metres)

  • Printing: Premium 9-colour DTF

  • Pricing: £11.50 per metre, calculated according to your selected sheet length.

Recommended artwork guidelines:

  • File Format: High-resolution PNG preferred.

  • Resolution: 300 DPI at final print size recommended.

  • Artwork Size: Match your selected printing dimensions.

  • Design Quality: Clear, sharp artwork without pixelation.

  • Gang Sheet Layout: Leave approximately 5mm or more between separate designs.

Avoid uploading blurry screenshots, low-resolution images, or artwork with unwanted backgrounds.
