1. What services does The Stitch Studio Embroidery and Print offer?

We specialise in high-quality DTF printing, custom DTF gang sheets, professional embroidery, and personalised clothing printing.

2. What is DTF printing, and how does it work?

Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing is a modern printing process where designs are printed onto a specialised film and transferred onto fabric using heat and pressure.

DTF transfers are ideal for T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, tote bags, workwear, and other suitable garments.

At The Stitch Studio, we use premium 9-colour DTF printing to produce vibrant colours, detailed artwork, and durable transfers.

3. What sizes are available for DTF gang sheets?

Our DTF gang sheets have a fixed width of 60cm, with lengths available up to 1000cm (10 metres).

For premade gang sheet uploads, our standard options include:

60 × 100cm (1m), 60 × 200cm (2m), 60 × 300cm (3m), 60 × 400cm (4m), 60 × 500cm (5m), 60 × 600cm (6m), 60 × 700cm (7m), 60 × 800cm (8m), 60 × 900cm (9m), 60 × 1000cm (10m).

You can also use our online DTF Gang Sheet Builder to arrange multiple designs on a single sheet and select your preferred length.

4. How much do your DTF gang sheets cost?

Our 60cm-wide DTF gang sheets start at £11.50 per metre.

We also offer bulk savings:

  • 2 metres or more: Free postage

  • 5 metres or more: 10% discount

  • 10 metres: 15% discount

Bulk discounts do not stack. For premade gang sheet uploads, qualifying discounts are already included in the listed prices.

5. Can I upload my own designs for DTF printing?

Yes! You can upload your artwork using our DTF Gang Sheet Builder, Upload Your DTF Gang Sheet, or Custom DTF Transfers By Size ordering options.

For the best results, we recommend providing high-resolution artwork, preferably at 300 DPI at the intended print size, with a transparent background where appropriate.

Please ensure that your designs are correctly sized and print-ready before submitting your order.

6. How do I apply DTF transfers to clothing?

DTF transfers are applied using a heat press with the correct temperature, pressure, and pressing time.

For best results:

  1. Pre-press your garment to remove moisture and wrinkles.

  2. Position your DTF transfer onto the fabric.

  3. Apply heat and pressure according to the supplied transfer instructions.

  4. Peel the carrier film using the recommended peeling method.

  5. Complete any required finishing press for a professional result.

Important: Always follow the heat press instructions supplied with your transfers, as application settings may vary depending on the transfer film, adhesive, and garment material.

7. Do you offer custom embroidery for logos and workwear?

Yes! We provide professional custom embroidery services for businesses, organisations, teams, and individuals.

8. Can I order custom-printed T-shirts, hoodies, and workwear?

Absolutely! The Stitch Studio offers custom clothing printing for businesses, clothing brands, events, organisations, and personal projects.

Whether you need a personalised T-shirt, branded hoodie, staff uniform, or promotional clothing, we can discuss suitable printing options for your requirements.

9. Do you offer UK delivery, and how long will my order take?

We offer DTF printing solutions for customers across the United Kingdom.

Production and delivery times depend on the product type, order quantity, artwork readiness, and current workload.

For orders of 2 metres or more of DTF gang sheets, free postage is available under our stated offer.

If you have a particular deadline, please contact us before placing your order so we can discuss your requirements.

10. Can I return or cancel a custom printing or embroidery order?

Because many of our products are made to order or personalised, cancellation and return eligibility can depend on the order's production status and the nature of the product.

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, email kerry@tcs-eco.co.uk with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photographs where appropriate.

We will review your concerns in accordance with our returns policy and applicable UK consumer rights.
